QKWin strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. All accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC). Accounts found to be registered by underage persons will be closed and funds forfeited.
Each individual is permitted one registered account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated balances — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at point of claim. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. QKWin reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, and major Malaysian banks are supported. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. KYC must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. QKWin will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to secure their credentials.
All disputes must be submitted in writing to QKWin's customer support within 30 days of the relevant transaction or event. QKWin's decision on disputes is final, subject to escalation through the relevant licensing authority's complaint process.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and QKWin ("QKWin", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the QKWin online gaming platform accessible at https://qkwin.cam (the "Platform").
QKWin operates as an online gaming platform under international licensing. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, and related gaming services to eligible registered players. These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including any features, content, promotions, and payment facilities.
By completing the account registration process, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on QKWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
QKWin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
To access real-money services on the Platform, you must complete the account registration process. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise associated accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. QKWin employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, QKWin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals without prior notice.

QKWin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical downtime, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
QKWin accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other participating institutions), direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, LTC).
Minimum deposit: RM30 for most payment methods. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit equivalent to MYR 30. Specific minimums and maximums for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction in the QKWin Cashier.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and funds being returned to the source account.
QKWin does not charge deposit fees for standard MYR payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to network transaction fees payable by the Player. QKWin is not responsible for fees charged by the Player's own bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed to QKWin's satisfaction. QKWin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all outstanding KYC documentation has been submitted and verified.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. QKWin reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified method at its discretion.

QKWin reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks prior to approving any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. The Player will be notified if additional information is required.
Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in the QKWin Cashier at the time of request. QKWin may apply different limits to Players at different account verification tiers.
QKWin offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of claim and on the applicable promotion page.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to QKWin's published rules for the relevant game or betting market. These rules are accessible from within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Sports Betting: All sports bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, QKWin's decision — informed by the official result published by the relevant governing body — shall be final. Wagers on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, Champions League, UFC, and other markets are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body.
Live Casino Games: All live casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are conducted by live dealer studios operating under their own regulatory certifications. Game outcomes are final once confirmed on screen.
QKWin reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or where the odds or game conditions were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. Players will be notified of any void and the corresponding stake will be returned to their Account Balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension or permanent closure:

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, QKWin may forfeit any Account Balance, including pending withdrawals. Where closure is not the result of a player breach, the Account Balance will be returned to the Player via the verified withdrawal method on file following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QKWin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
QKWin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether or not QKWin was advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the QKWin name, logo, trade marks, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, design elements, and data compilations, is the property of QKWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without QKWin's prior written consent.
QKWin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at qkwin.cam/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between QKWin and the Player.
By registering an Account, you consent to QKWin processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance. QKWin does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with licensed third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which QKWin holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through QKWin's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects the rights of Players under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.
QKWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, QKWin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address registered to the Player's Account.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
